$1,500 Budget Build Codename "The Value Pony"

​It is getting harder and harder to build a gun on a budget.  I wanted to see, what is the best gun I can build with $1,500.  I knew that everything would be a trade off.  I would have to sacrifice some things I liked for other things I needed.  There were some non-negotiables, though, like making sure everything is well made and from a reputable manufacturer.  All in I was able to stick to my budget and make a gun I am very happy with.
